My Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
2 cups of shredded cooked chicken
1 package (8 ounces) of cream cheese
1/2 cup of FRANK’S RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce
1/2 cup of Hidden Valley Ranch
1/2 cup of Sour Cream
1/2 cup of Blue Cheese Crumbles

Instructions

  • PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Spoon into shallow 1-quart baking dish.
  • BAKE 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
  • Stir.
  • Serve with chips, crackers and/or veggies.
Philly Cheese Steak Sliders

Ingredients
1 -1 1/2 pounds Rib Eye, optionaL: shaved
4 tablespoons canola oil
8 slices provolone cheese
1 Sweet Maui Onion, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
2 teaspoons Sea Salt (add or subtract to your preference)
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (add or subtract to your preference)
1 package (12 count) of KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls

Instructions

  • Heat an iron skillet or a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Add 4 tablespoons of oil to the pan and sauté the onions and peppers for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the shaved rib eye, salt and pepper to the contents of the pan. Toss everything & cook the meat. When the meat is cooked to your liking, turn off the heat.
  • Cut rolls in half. Place two slices of provolone over the top of each grouping to melt them.
  • Bake the rolls with provolone at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Uncover and cook for additional 2 minutes until tops are slightly browned and crisp. Add the meat & onions. Serve warm.
