We moved into our house last December & almost everything that we had downstairs was old: our dining room set was from my parents, our couch was my boyfriend’s from his first apartment, and our bedroom set is mine from when I was 16. But we finally decided to get a new couch and from there we inadvertently found more decor & an entire downstairs update happened. & although I feel like we’ve made a TON of progress in redecorating, there’s definitely a lot more to do! We still have some empty walls and open spaces that need some decor, but I’m happy to share our updates in our Living Room & Dining Room! Mostly because this is all what we intend to keep for years to come.

We are also currently in the process of updating our bedroom so I will have that update for y’all where we’re done!

Update: This post was scheduled for today, June 7th, & yesterday our fireplace was damaged so while we were at IKEA looking for Bedroom pieces we also found a new Entertainment stand that I’m sharing on this post, but isn’t included in the YouTube video tour because that we prerecorded.
