Packing List: Cold Getaway Carry On

I created a Master Packing List for any Cold Getaway for anyone who wants to only bring a Carry On. I always try to do Carry On only to make it easier & cheaper to travel. The maximum dimensions for a Carry On are 22″ L (55.88 cm) x 14″ W (35.56 cm) x 9″ H (22.86 cm) for all of the major airlines that I have flew on & seen. I plan my outfits for day & night to make packing easier & to make sure I fit everything I need in a Carry On bag. I’ve noticed that when I don’t plan outfits then I’m putting a lot of extra clothes that I don’t end up wearing. I do pack one extra outfit just in case something happens & try to have a skirt or dress on me just in case I need to dress up for something unexpected.

NOTE: For my trip to New York, I will be gone 3 nights & 4 days. We’re mainly going sightseeing & shopping and not going “out” so I am mainly packing casual which also makes it easier to pack. We are going to an Off Broadway play so I am bringing 1 dress for that, but other than that I am more concerned with staying warm because I think anything below 70 is cold (I’m a Texan) & temperatures in New York in December are 46 degrees on average. SO, I am bringing a pair of Tech Gloves from Target & my North Face Jacket that I will bring/wear on the plane so there is more room in my Carry On.
