If you read posts about Whole 30 then you will either notice this or read this a lot: everybody’s Whole 30 is different. I am doing Whole 30 with my best friend and we are both affected by it differently. My boy friend & I eat out a lot, but other than that I don’t really eat junk food & I don’t even remember the last time I ate candy. So the hardest part about Whole 30 for me is cooking more. Other than that, there hasn’t been a drastic change in my diet. I do normally eat a lot of pasta, consume a lot of dairy and I do drink (a lot) so cutting that out has been a little rough, but other than I have found so many great new recipes for what I normally eat that is healthier and DELICIOUS. For example, Zucchini Lasagna! Week 2 hasn’t been that rough for me, the first week was definitely the roughest & it still wasn’t that bad. What keeps me motivated is finding new things! That’s also why I like to share my Whole 30 finds on these blog posts! That & I know it helps y’all out as well! This week I did manage to photograph some of my meals. Keep in mind I am NOT a chef or food blogger so these pictures aren’t the best but it gives y’all an idea!
