Christmas Decor: Part Two

We’ve made a few updates in our decor from my first Christmas Decor blog post & I REALLY love how everything came out. You can see a full tour of our holiday decor in my Vlogmas Video on YouTube.

Dining Room

I initially purchased the Lanterns & Small Gold Glitter Christmas Trees for the fireplace mantle but when I had all the decor on the table after sharing it on Instagram, I REALLY loved the way it looked on the table. So I grabbed the berry & acorn vase fillers and divided both boxes into the lanterns. I used the same white buffalo plaid table runner from our fall decor and just added Red Christmas Placemats. I didn’t want to put too much on our hutch because there is a lot of decorations on the table and on the coffee bar (right next to it). So I kept it simple with the Christmas Rae Dunn pieces.

Living Room

We finally ordered & received our fireplace. I added some Lindt chocolate to Rae Dunn Naughty or Nice bowls on the mantle. The picture frame stocking holder (that to do this day never had a photo in them) and plaid stockings are from Hobby Lobby from several years ago & are both discontinued. I added a Rae Dunn ornament and letter ornament from the Target Dollar Spot/Bulleye’s Playground. I also put Starbucks Bearista bears in the stockings. As mentioned in the first Christmas Decor blog post, we have garland wrapped around bannister and stair case. I put 9ft Christmas Artificial Pine Garland ($5/each) & Christmas Lights ($3/each) from Target. To wrap our ENTIRE banister was only $26. All of the other garlands I found started at that price EACH and were only 5 to 6 feet long. As for our couch and coffee table, we already have a lot of large pillows on the couch (that came with the couch) and our Christmas Tree is right next to the couch so I wanted to keep that area simple for balance. So I just have a Rae Dunn Merry Christmas candle with a Sled from the Target Dollar Spot filled with Lindt on our Coffee Table.

Kitchen

I only added the Gingerbread Pot Holder/Oven Mitt Set and Towel Set. I wanted to keep the kitchen simple, similar to our couch area, just because there is a lot of decor in the dining area and I wanted to strike a good balance.

Coffee Bar

For the Coffee Bar, I just rearranged some of the Rae Dunn pieces from the Coffee Bar blog post. A lot of the Rae Dunn pieces moved to the hutch in the Dining Room after the Fall/Thanksgiving pieces went down. So I just put all of the Rae Dunn Christmas mugs on the bottom shelf and put everyday Rae Dunn items where the mugs were in the Sliding Barn Door TV Stand.
